job requirements：
1. Bachelor degree or above in geological mining related majors;
2. Aged between 30-45 years old, with more than 8 years of work experience, more than 3 years of work experience in mining related positions;
3. Good English, fluent spoken language, barrier-free communication with foreign colleagues and clients;
4. Familiar with the market dynamics of the industry, understand the mining, processing and production processes in the mining area, and have strong production and management capabilities;
5. Strong leadership decision-making ability, planning and execution ability, communication and coordination ability, organization ability, outreach public relations ability, comprehensive analysis ability, judgment, and emergency handling ability;
工作职责:
1.根据项目信息，收集必要的地质、地形、经济等区域资料；
2.通过对获得的地质资料分析，参与编制勘察报告，绘制地质图件。
3.现场管理，督促、检查施工队按照要求规范作业
4.现场的简单协调、管理工作
5.根据制定试验方案取样送检
任职要求：
1.全日制大学本科以上学历，取得地质工程学专业学位
2.身体健康，能接受长时间野外工作
3.熟练掌握地质勘探、测绘常用器具、软件
4.具有较好的人际协调能力和沟通能力，有较好的文字表达能力和口头表达能力。
5.基本技能要求：熟悉企业情况，熟悉施工材料，具备良好的职业道德，无不良行为记录。
岗位职责：
1. 负责矿产项目部的日常经营和管理，完成公司下达的目标；
2. 建立健全统一、高效的组织体系和工作体系；
3. 负责员工队伍建设，提出和审核对下属各部门的人员调配、培训、考核意见；
4. 完成领导交办的其他工作。
任职要求：
1. 地质采矿相关专业大学本科及以上学历；
2. 年龄在30-45岁之间，具有8年以上工作经验，3年以上矿业相关岗位工作经验；
3. 英语良好，口语流利，与外籍同事客户交流无障碍；
4. 熟悉行业的市场动态，了解矿区开采、加工生产流程，具有较强的生产经营管理能力；
5. 较强的领导决策能力、计划与执行能力、沟通协调能力、组织能力、外联公关能力、综合分析能力、判断力、及突发事件处理能力；
