Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the branch manager to reach the company's annual sales target;

2. Responsible for the market management work of the branch company, including marketing plan, budget management, advertising support and implementation (outdoors, newspapers and soft article releases, etc.), promoting effective field marketing activities, and supporting the headquarters brand and marketing strategy

3. Planning, implementation and feedback of promotional activities (including: routine, major holidays and channel promotion support, etc.);

8. Provide professional market data and analysis support to make marketing and sales decisions for the region;

9. Improvement and optimization of business processes in regional markets.

10. Implement the headquarters' new product strategy, formulate field new product sampling plans, new product promotion strategies, terminal display plans, training plans, incentive plans, etc., and smoothly promote the implementation.


job requirements:

1. 3 years or above marketing management experience, bachelor degree or above, major in marketing;

2. The home appliance and building materials industries are preferred

3. Ability to independently conduct activity planning and promotion, with team management experience

4. Have good anti-stress ability, communication and expression ability, and full of pioneering spirit;

3、有厨电、热水器、家居或建材行业的销售、业务拓展经验,以及合伙人储备库,熟悉区域,优先考虑有品牌方工作经验人选;

4、团队管理经验,有活力,有冲劲,抗压能力强,能吃苦耐劳,有责任心。

任职要求:

1.全日制大学本科以上学历,取得地质工程学专业学位

2.身体健康,能接受长时间野外工作

3.熟练掌握地质勘探、测绘常用器具、软件

4.具有较好的人际协调能力和沟通能力,有较好的文字表达能力和口头表达能力。

5.基本技能要求:熟悉企业情况,熟悉施工材料,具备良好的职业道德,无不良行为记录。
