On October 19, the 2019 World VR Industry Conference co-hosted by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the People's Government of Jiangxi Province was grandly opened in Nanchang. Liu He, member of the Politburo and Vice Premier of the State Council, attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches. Miao Wei, Minister of Industry and Information Technology, and Liu Qi, Secretary of the Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee, attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches. Wang Zhigang, Minister of Science and Technology, Bai Chunli, President of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, China Dean of Engineering Academy Li Xiaohong attended the opening ceremony.
