The project is located in the core hinterland of Liwan, Guangzhou, covering an area of about 110,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 530,000 square meters. It is located in the waterfront CBD of Baiertan, overlooking the "International Garden Island" and surrounding the Pearl River. Larger large-scale first-line riverfront luxury residential community.
The project consists of 17 small high-rise and super high-rise residential buildings, including three 16-18-story hydrophilic small high-rises, three 28-story high-rises and 11 42-56 high-rises. The width of the building is 50-100 meters wide, which guarantees the double view of Jiangyuan.
The 17 buildings have a total height of 42 floors, including an overhead floor, three to four rooms of 138-174 square meters, and three staircases and three households. The four buildings have a total height of 18 floors, including an overhead layer and a large hydrophilic layer of 306-379㎡. The project is developed in four phases.
